Pinpoint Weather
Cooler weather returned to the northern half of the state earlier Wednesday with the passage of a cool front.  Unfortunately, that front did not spark any wet weather, but created gusty winds.  While the wind will be diminishing Wednesday night, it will gust again over 30 mph Thursday, mainly over southern locales, creating a high fire danger.  Otherwise, the weather will remain seasonably hot south, and slightly cool north through Saturday.  High heat returns later this weekend through all of next week.  A couple record high temperatures may even be set.  Stay safe, and stay sweaty!
