Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Chicago Bears wide receiver/kick returner Devin Hester has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Seattle Seahawks.

Hester sustained a concussion in the first half of last Sunday's 28-10 victory over the Minnesota Vikings and was unable to return to the game.

Running back Matt Forte, who left Sunday's win in the third quarter with an ankle injury, practiced on a limited basis on both Wednesday and Thursday and said he expects to play against the Seahawks.

Cornerback Charles Tillman and linebacker Lance Briggs both missed practice on Wednesday with ankle injuries, but the pair returned to the field on Thursday on a limited basis.

Guard Chris Spencer (knee) also has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup with Seattle.
