MOBILE, Ala. (ABC 4 Sports) - Ziggy Ansah may have made himself quite a bit of money today.
The former BYU defensive end could have played his way into the first round of the NFL Draft with a dominating performance for the North squad at the 2013 Senior Bowl.
Ansah, who didn't start playing football until 2010, had two sacks, a forced fumble, a pass breakup and several tackles. Ansah was almost unblockable, working his way into the South's backfield numerous times throughout the game. Ansah also impressed NFL coaches and scouts with his tireless motor.
Utah State cornerback Will Davis also had a solid game, coming up with the only interception for the South squad. Davis’ interception came in the third quarter on a pass from Florida State quarterback E.J. Manuel and he returned it 25 yards leading to a 42-yard field goal for the North. Davis did not have any other stats in the game.
The North beat the South, 21-16.
