Green Bay, WI (Sports Network) - Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson left in the first quarter of Sunday's contest against the Green Bay Packers with a right ankle injury.

Johnson was tackled for a 3-yard loss late in the first quarter and as Green Bay linebacker Clay Matthews took him to the ground, his ankle got caught underneath Matthews.

He immediately went to the sidelines and his return is questionable.

Johnson entered Sunday's action with 1,159 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 244 carries.
