New York, NY (Sports Network) - The National Football League on Friday fined Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher and Green Bay Packers cornerback Tramon Williams $21,000 each.

For Urlacher, it's the second straight week he's drawn a financial penalty. Last week, he was clipped for a horse-collar tackle on Minnesota running back Adrian Peterson, and this week it's for another horse collar on Seattle's Leon Washington.

Williams was penalized for a helmet-to-helmet hit on the Vikings' Toby Gerhart last Sunday.

In addition, the NFL levied a $15,750 fine on Detroit defensive lineman Nick Fairley for a horse-collar tackle on Indianapolis quarterback Andrew Luck; Washington Redskins center Will Montgomery is $10,000 lighter after kicking Giants defensive lineman Linval Joseph and Joseph himself was docked $7,875 for raising his foot to kick Montgomery but refraining.
