Brooklyn, NY (Sports Network) - Los Angeles Lakers center Dwight Howard will remain sidelined for Tuesday's game against the Brooklyn Nets because of an ailing right shoulder.

Howard underwent platelet rich plasma (PRP) therapy in Los Angeles on Saturday after aggravating an injured right shoulder during last Wednesday's game against Phoenix. He also sat out Sunday's contest in Detroit.

In 43 games this season, Howard is averaging 16.5 points and 11.9 rebounds.
