Milwaukee, WI (Sports Network) - The Milwaukee Brewers avoided arbitration with pitchers John Axford, Burke Badenhop and Marco Estrada on Friday, signing each to one-year contracts.

Axford will receive $5 million plus incentives in 2013 after saving 35 games and compiling a 4.67 earned run average over 75 games last season.

Badenhop, 29, spent 2012 with the Tampa Bay Rays, posting a 3-2 record with a 3.03 ERA in 66 games before being acquired by the Brewers on Dec. 1.

Estrada went 5-7 with a 3.64 ERA last season, his third in Milwaukee.
