Recap: San Francisco vs. Texas
Scottsdale, AZ (Sports Network) - Hunter Pence and Andres Torres each belted two-run homers to power the San Francisco Giants to a 5-2 win over the Texas Rangers in Cactus League play.
Pence added an RBI double later on for San Francisco, with Torres also collecting a pair of hits to help back a sharp effort by Giants starter Matt Cain.
Cain did not allow a run over his five-inning stint, with the right-hander limiting the Rangers to two hits to run his spring record to 2-2.
Jim Adduci had two hits, including an RBI double for Texas, which also received a run-scoring single from Brandon Allen and two shutout innings from starter Derek Lowe.
