Yellow fin tuna, blood orange, & Hass avocado crudo
With Manadori balsamic, Arbequina olive oil and cilantro

Procedure:

Thinly slice all ingredients, shingle alternately on a cold plate, season with sea salt and drizzle balsamic and olive oil across the fish and vegetables. Garnish with cilantro.
