ROY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police say an 18-year-old Roy man was arrested and booked on suspicion of sexually abusing a small child.
Police say Lance Eugene Jacks was arrested and booked into the Weber County Jail on suspicion of felony sexual abuse of a child and felony sodomy of a child.
According to police, Jacks abused a 4-year-old girl who is belongs to a next-door neighbor family.
Police say Jacks forced the child to perform sex acts on him.
Police say the family is acquainted with Jacks, and that there was no immediate indication that he had any other victims.
Police say investigators were contacted after the child's mother contacted a local children's justice center.
Jacks was being held on $40,000 bail.
