Laney Namanny started a blog about a month ago to help moms with limited time. On her blog she sets out to test pins found on Pinterest to see if they work or not. By testing things, people can go to her blog and see what really works, and what doesn't. She also offers to test pins out for other people before they begin, potentially saving them time.
