Firecracker Soup
Soup
1 qt Water
1/3 cup Rice Vinegar
½ cup Sweet-n-Sour sauce
1 Tbsp Chicken base
1 Lime
1 tsp Chili Paste
1 tsp "5 spice"
½ cup cornstarch slurry
Combine all ingredients (except cornstarch) and bring to a boil. Slowly add cornstarch until desired thickness achieved.
Optional garnishes & additions
Scallions, finely chopped
Avocado, sliced; Crispy noodles
