Betsy Schow, author of "Finished Being Fat" talks about how that negative self-talk in the back of our heads keeps you from great things and can make us fat, at any size - even a size 2.
Betsy Schow knows what it's like to start a lot of projects and she explains how she learned to finish them in her new motivational book Finished Being Fat just in time for the new year.
Find the strength to conquer even the most daunting goals in this inspiring account of one woman's journey to the life of her dreams. Using her Philosophy of Finishing, Betsy snowballed her efforts from weight loss into a bucket list of seemingly impossible dreams. This informative book teaches readers how to achieve more than ever thought possible without sacrificing one's sanity or a sense of humor.
Tristi Pinkston, author of The Secret Sisters Mysteries, stated, “I loved this book from beginning to end. Betsy has a natural sense of humor and down-to-earth way of looking at the world and weight loss, and I appreciated her honesty about her feelings and trials. Finished Being Fat inspired me, and I know it will inspire you, too.”
