Ferrari Pizza (underground menu only-not on any menu)
7 oz dough
3 oz marinara
3 oz aged mozzarella
1 oz fresh mozzarella
grated aged parmigiana cheese
ground italian sausage
pepperoni
italian dry salami
diced fresno peppers
grape tomatoes
sliced red onions
bake on pre-heated pizza stone at 500 degrees until crust is dark golden brown, remove and slice
