Chimichuri Sauce
1 cup olive oil, mild
½ cup lemon juice
1 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. dry oregano
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. red crushed pepper
Salt to taste
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and stir, let it rest for at least 30 minutes
Can be kept in the refrigerator for 1 week in a glass
