Salt Lake City (ABC 4 News) Score one for the good guys. One of the fugitives we showed you a few weeks ago has been found. Provo Police say that 32-year-old Jeffrey Ryan Richmond was taken into custody in Springville last week. Richmond was booked into the Utah County Jail on kidnapping and robbery charges related to the abduction and robbery of a woman.
Let's stay in Utah County for our first wanted man. Sheriff's deputies are looking for Kelby Halladay. He has active felony and misdemeanor warrants for sexual battery, distribution of a controlled substance and retail theft. The 19-year-old is 5'-8" and weighs about 130 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
Salt Lake City Police also have a warrant in their hand for a woman on a felony charge for stealing and using a credit card.
34-year-old Jenny Lee Swift is 5'-2", 135 pounds with brown hair. Police say she has tattoos on her right ankle, calf and shoulder. They say she sometimes uses the alias "Jenny Domingo."
And finally, we want to help Salt Lake Police find a crowbar wielding criminal. A couple of days ago a man broke into a home around 550 East and 2700 South then threatened and hit the 31 year old woman inside with a crowbar. He took off shortly afterwards. Police say he's white - appears to be 22 to 29 years old, 5'-8", 130 pounds with brown hair.
