SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) – Jacob Jensen has been charged in the fatal DUI accident near Saltair.
Jacob Carl Jensen, 28, has been charged in the death of Joshua Wallace.
The two friends were returning from a rock concert at Saltair, December 1st, when their vehicle approached a tight curve, struck a pole and rolled near SR 201, said Lt. Steve Winward of the Utah Highway Patrol.
Winward said Joshua Wallace, 22, from West Jordan passed away after medical personnel arrived at the scene.
Jensen has been charged with automobile homicide negligence by DUI of alcohol &/or drugs, ossession or use of a controlled substance and failure to stay in one lane.
