JUAB COUNTY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A van carrying a group of people rolled over on Interstate 15  near Mona on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the van was carrying 7 people when it rolled at Mile Marker 228 on northbound I-15.

The UHP says the driver of the van went off left side of the highway, over-corrected back to right side, hit embankment and rolled.

UHP has also reported the driver of the van, 56-year-old Raul Avila of Idaho Falls, was transported to Central Valley Medical Center. He and the 54-year-old female in the vehicle were the only ones wearing seat belts.  The 54-year-old woman, an 18-year-old woman, an 11-year-old boy, and a 14-year-old boy were transported to a local hospital in Nephi.

The other two injured, an 11-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy, were flown to a hospital in Salt Lake City.

Recent reports say the 11-year-old girl is in critical condition.
