LEEDS, Utah (ABC 4 News) - One of Utah's many wildfires has been contained.

State officials say The Quail Fire near Leeds was was contained as of noon Monday

The fire began Saturday east of Leads and east of Interstate 15.

Officials say the fire burned 1708 acres, and forced the closure of I-15 for a short time.

Officials say two low-valued sheds were destroyed on Sunday, and one firefighter suffered from heat exhaustion, but was treated and released.

Fire authorities say three engines will patrol and continue to mop up as needed in the area.
