FERRON, Utah (AP) - A 31-year-old Emery County man has been charged in the shooting death of a 22-year-old woman last week.
Randy John Behling of Ferron was charged this week with felony manslaughter in the death of Alisa Weston on Saturday. He was also charged with four counts of reckless endangerment and one count of carrying a dangerous weapon while under the influence.
Emery County officials say Weston was at Behling's house when she died of a gunshot wound, but they didn't elaborate on the circumstances.
Behling's bail was set at $10,000 and a hearing was set for Oct. 16.
It's not clear whether Behling has an attorney, and no telephone number is listed for him.
