Arson trial delayed until January

PROVO, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The murder trial against Yvette Kimber has been postponed until January.
The judge in the case says he'll make a ruling on the remaining motions in the case by January 2.
Kimber is charged with 2 counts of murder, and is accused of setting her apartment on fire in an attempt to kill herself in March of 2011.
Two other peope who lived in the Provo apartment complex.
Kimber's case has already been delayed several times.
