SOUTH OGDEN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police say an armed man was arrested after a struggle with a South Ogden officer.
The South Ogden officer tried to stop Berrett Saturday night, who was on a bicycle when he took off.
Police say the officer eventually caught him, where a struggle ensued.
Police say Bert Berrett injured the officer and repeatedly attempted to reach inside his coat, which contained a loaded revolver, before being arrested.
Berrett was eventually booked for possession of a loaded firearm by a restricted person, evading, and assault on a police officer, among other charges.
