OGDEN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - An 18-year-old man is behind bars after police say he raped a Fremont High School student.
Morgan David Izatt is accused of raping, then threatening the student in an incident that happened November 1 in Plain City.
According to police, the victim told the school about the assault, and the school reported it to Weber County Sheriff's deputies on November 29th.
Police arrested Izatt, who faces rape and sodomy charges.
Officers don't think Izatt had any other victims.
