Unified Fire Captain and wife earn Red Cross hero award

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4) - Unified Fire Captain Jay Torgersen and his wife Talli jumped into action and saved a drowning victim at Capital Reef National Park. Their heroic actions have earned them a big award fro the Utah Red Cross.
