SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4) - Two young girls from Washington State, who Steve Powell allegedly videotaped, are suing him. An attorney has filed a civil lawsuit on behalf of the 8 and 10 year old girls. In the lawsuit, they say Powell watched and filmed their most intimate and private moments, as they bathed and changed in their own home. Their lawyer says because of Powell's actions the girls have suffered emotional distress and have had to get counseling. Last month, Powell was convicted of fourteen counts of voyeurism
