It's Labor Day weekend and that means one thing, the annual MDA Telethon to raise money for those that have muscular dystrophy.  For me, it's a labor of love as this will be the 18th year that I have hosted this telethon.  Each year I try to attend summer camp with the kids, emcee MDA events through the year and try to bring awareness to the diseases that are under the MDA umbrella. This year my co-hosts will be Wesley Ruff and Barb Smith.  We all truly love these kids and their families and do what we can to help this organization.  The money that we raise in tonight's telethon goes for camp, wheelchairs, walkers, braces, and even clinic visits.
I hope that you will join us tonight on ABC4 from 6pm until midnight for the 46th annual MDA Labor Day telethon.
