Roll up your sleeves, it's that time of year, flu shot season. This morning during Good Morning Utah, the folks from the Department of Health were in studio talking about this years flu vaccine and how it is now available across the state. Being the resident germaphobe at ABC4, I was the first one to get a shot on the air. Angie Larsen soon followed and then we had the Health Dept. stay so Reagan and Nicea got their vaccines on Good Things Utah.
It wasn't bad at all. It didn't hurt and I got a cute cartoon bandaid. But better than that, I'm hoping that it will help me avoid getting sick at all this flu season.
