Helping kids fight diabetes

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4) - The National Association of School Nurses shows new cases of diabetes have almost doubled in the past ten years. According to the Centers for Disease Control, 25.8 million people in the United States have diabetes. Our school nurse Stacy Drew tells us how parents can help their kids fight diabetes and live more healthy lives.
