Icy roads cause schools to delay opening

Davis County, Utah (ABC 4 News)- Icy roads caused school officials in Davis and Weber school districts to delay schools by two hours this morning.
Along with those districts, The Legacy Preparatory Academy in North Salt Lake and Woods Cross and The Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind in Davis and Weber have also called for a two hour delay.
