EnergySolutions acquired by Energy Capital Partners

Salt Lake City, Utah (ABC 4 News)- EnergySolutions has announced the company will be acquired by Energy Capital Partners II, LLC.
According to and EnergySolutions press release the deal is worth just over a billion dollars. Energy Capital says stock holders of EnergySolutions will receive $3.75a 20 % premium over the average share price.
