MURRAY, Utah (ABC 4 News) – The wild winter is taking a toll on Utah’s roadways. Potholes are springing up left and right and earlier than usual. The repeated thawing and freezing we’ve seen has caused the roads to become not only dangerous, but costly for drivers.
