2 more arrested in fatal Midvale shooting

MIDVALE, Utah (AP) - Police say a total of four people have been arrested in the August shooting death of a 31-year-old man at his Midvale apartment.

United Police released a statement late Tuesday saying that another man and a woman were arrested Tuesday and face homicide charges stemming from Justen Lefave's death.

Police say Alexis Hughes was one of two women who knocked on Lefave's door on August 26, moments before he was shot by a man behind the women. Police say Anthony Martinez took the women to the apartment.

Another man and another woman are already in custody in the case. Gabriel Gurule is accused of fatally shooting Lefave in the robbery attempt, and Amy Rowley is accused of being the other women who knocked on his door.
