Thai Pineapple Fried Rice

8 Shrimp
¼ C. Cashew nuts
2 T. Raisin
1 C. Pineapple chunk
2 C. Jasmine rice
1 t. Sugar
1 t. Sweet soy sauce
2 T. Vegetable Oil
2 T. Soy sauce
1 Egg
5-6 Grape tomato
1 t. Green onion
1 t. Cilantro
Heat oil in wok. Scramble egg in oil. Add shrimp stir until shrimp is cooked. Add tomato, pineapple, cashews and raisins. Stir in soy sauce, sugar and sweet soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Add rice. Stir everything in wok to mix thoroughly. Add green onion and cilantro and stir in lightly. Ready to serve.
