Summer Drinks, Set Sail and Grapefruit Fizz

Set Sail (alcoholic)
· 2 fresh basil leaves
· 5 drops Burlesque Bitters
· .75oz fresh lime juice
· 1.5oz Hendricks Gin
· 5 blueberries
· Splash Sauvignon Blanc
Muddle the two basil leaves with the bitters, lime juice and gin.  Add blueberries.  Shake, strain and add a float of Sauvignon Blanc


Grapefruit Fizz (non-alcoholic)
· 2 fresh basil leaves
· .75oz honey syrup
· 1oz fresh grapefruit juice
· Top with ginger ale
Muddle the two basil leaves with honey syrup.  Add grapefruit juice, shake and strain.  Top with a splash of ginger ale.
