Sante Fe Cornbread

Ingredients:
1 cup pepper jack cheese
6 slices bacon
2 jalapeños
1 (16 oz.) pkg or 3 cups Shirley J
Universal Corn Bread & Muffin Mix
Directions:
Prepare cornbread according to package directions. Fold in bacon, jalapenos and grated cheese. Pour into a greased 9x9 pan and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
