Mushroom and Fresh Mozzarella Strata
Asparagus, Black Forest Ham and Roasted Tomatoes
8 Eggs
1 cupMilk
2cupsStale Bread, diced
¾cupSautéed Mushrooms
¾cupFresh Mozzarella, diced
½ cupSautéed Asparagus, sliced
½cupHam, diced
½cupRoasted Tomatoes
6each Sage Leaves, sliced
1tKosher Salt
2tCracked Pepper
Method:
Mix Eggs and milk together in a large mixing bowl.
Combine all other ingredients together with the eggs.
Spoon into a greased baking dish and bake at 350° for about 35 minutes or until set.
Notes:
Go ahead and mix this recipe and pan it up the night before. Simply bake it in the morning for an effortless breakfast, surely to please a crowd.
