Mugging! Molten Lava Cake
Ingredients:
2 squares Chocolate Bar((milk chocolate or your favorite type of chocolate))
1 4 oz envelope Shirley J Mugging Chocolate Brownie Cake Mix
5 Tbs Water
scoop of vanilla ice cream, (optional)
Directions:
Mix cake according to package directions, eliminating optional chocolate chips. Before microwaving plunge chocolate bar squares into center of batter. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. When preparing mugging items remember these general guidelines:
• Muggings are best enjoyed at the proper temperature; allow cooked items to cool for 5 - 10 minutes before eating.
• Cooking times assume an 1100 watt microwave. Smaller wattage will require proportionately longer cook times.
