Lemon Rice and Potato Wedges

Lemon Rice ( daily dish)

2 cups of rice

2 tbsp of oil

1 cup lemon juice

½ tbsp of lemon pepper seasoning

½ tbsp of smoked paprika

Put oil in hot pot and rice and pilaf the rice and all of ingredients and enough liquid to cover the rice bring to a boil and simmer until done 15 to 20 minutes.

 
Roasted Potato Wedges(daily dish)

4 potatoes cut into wedges

½ cup olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and make sure the potatoes are well coated.

Put on a sheet pan and roast in a 350˚ oven until done 30 - 35 minutes.
