Homemade Pasta
Making homemade pasta is easy and fun. Get your family involved and enjoy the time in the kitchen together!
2 eggs
2 cups flour, all purpose
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Combine ingredients in food processor and mix until well combined. Knead dough about ten minutes until there are no air pockets inside and dough is silky but not dry. Cover in plastic wrap and let stand about 30 minutes. Roll dough very thin, until about one millimeter thick. Feed through pasta maker or cut into desired size noodles. Boil immediately or hang to dry. Noodles will cook fast. Spaghetti size noodles only need about 5 minutes.
