Gluten Free Cheese Balls

Ingredients
½ cup Water
½ cup Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt
½ cup Milk, Cold
1 Egg
½ cup Parmesan cheese, Grated
2 cups Tapioca Flour

Prep Procedure 1- Pre heat oven to 400*f
2- Reserve tapioca flour in a mixing bowl
3- Boil water, oil, salt and scald tapioca flour, poring boiling mixture over flour
4- Add egg, cold milk, grated parmesan and mix until uniform
5- Bag dough and pipe 1/3 oz. servings over sheet pan, don't need to grease.
6- Bake at 400*f for 10-12min or until light brown in color
Presentation - Serve wile warm
- Use a shallow bowl or Welsh Rarebit
Yield 60 servings
