Chocolate Drizzle Popcorn
2 pkg. microwave Kettle Corn
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup salted peanuts
or roasted almonds or pecans (optional)
1 pkg. White chocolate candy melts
1/3 pkg. Light or Dark chocolate candy melts
Pop popcorn according to the package directions. Place popped corn in an extra large bowl. Melt the white candy melts in a microwave proof bowl. Cooking for 1 minute then stirring. Then 30 seconds and stir. Continue with 30 second intervals until candy is smooth. Add marshmallows and nuts to popcorn and pour melted candy melts over the mixture. Stir until well coated. Place two large pieces of waxed paper or aluminum foil on work area and spread popcorn mixture out to dry. Melt the dark chocolate melts the same as the white, when smooth drizzle the dark chocolate in a zig zag motion above the drying mixture. Allow both chocolates to cool and set. Place in a bowl to eat or gift bags to share. The color of this can be changed by changing the color of the candy melts. Most colors are the same flavor as the white. Makes enough for a family to share.
