Mugging! Chili Pie
Ingredients:
3/4 c. Canned Chili(or homemade )
1 oz Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1 3 oz. envelope Shirley J Country-Style Cornbread Mugging! Mix
5 Tbs Water
Directions:
Place cold chili into Mugging Mug, or other 16 oz microwave proof mug, topped with cheese. In separate bowl mix water and cornbread according to package directions. Pour batter on top of chili cheese mixture, microwave on high for 2 minutes.

When preparing mugging items remember these general guidelines:
- Muggings are best enjoyed at the proper temperature; allow cooked items to cool for 5 – 10 minutes before eating.
- Cooking times assume an 1100 watt microwave. Smaller wattage will require proportionately longer cook times
