Recipe # 2 Chicken Tikka Masala
1 diced bell pepper
1 diced red onion
1 can of small tomato sauce
1 Fresh diced tomato
1 spoon of fresh ginger and garlic paste
.25 cup of heavy whipping cream
1.5 spoon of coriander Powder
1.5 spoon of cumin powder
1 spoon chili powder
1.5 spoon of table salt
.25 of chopped cilantro pieces
6-8 pieces of chopped chicken breast (already grilled)
Take a pan and out it on a low flame. Put some oil in the pan (enough to cover the surface). Put some of the tomato sauce into the pan and let it cook for around 15minutes with a lid covering the pan. You can chop your vegetables in this time period if you already haven't. After 15 mins of cooking, if you can see the tomato sauce separating from the oil, put all of your ingredients into the pan except the heavy whipping cream and chicken. Cook all of these ingredients together for around 10minutes except the tomato and whipping cream. After you have cooked them all, add the already grilled chicken pieces and cook it for 7minutes. After you have cooked it all together, add the heavy whipped cream and stir for around 30 seconds. Your dish is done, throw some cilantro and tomatoes to garnish the dish.
