Chicken Cordon Bleu
Recipe
6 chicken breast (tenderized)
6 slices ham
6 slices provolone cheese
3 cups corn flakes crushed
2 Tbsp. crushed Rosemary
2 cubes butter
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Roll ham and cheese inside chicken. Tie with string
Roll in melted butter
Roll in cornflakes and Rosemary
Bake in oven at 375 for 45 min
Sauce:
Heat soup, sour cream and lemon juice in pan until bubbly. Serve over chicken.
