Berry Torteletts
12 tortletts
2 cups fruit glaze
2 cups fresh fruit chopped
1 cup whipped cream
Construct torteletts by layering glaze, whipped cream and fresh fruit on torteletts.
Glaze: 2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 pkg. drink mix (Koolade)
8 Tbsp. Ultra Gel
Combine water, sugar and drink mix in small bowl and stir until dissolved. Gradually add Ultra Gel stirring constantly with wire whisk. Let stand five minutes to thicken. Stir until smooth.
Ultra Gel Whipped Cream
1 pint whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. Ultra Gel
In medium bowl, whip cream with electric mixer to very soft peaks. Gradually add powdered sugar, Ultra Gel and vanilla and whip to soft peaks. Store leftover whipped cream in the refrigerator. Tastes great and doesn't separate!
